Societal cohesion and conflict resolution

IPIS seeks to transpose a high level of interethnic tolerance in Moldova into practical policy making through concrete steps and projects that would better integrate different communities in Moldova. IPIS promotes programs that provide ethnic communities with regular ways to address differences, break through isolation and open venues for meaningful participation in social and economic life.

Through shuttle diplomacy and constant work on the ground, the Institute partners with recognized international organizations and peace building institutions on a range of initiatives to establish preconditions for sustainable resolution of the Transnistrian conflict.
