The Institute for Strategic Initiatives (IPIS) unites practitioners with executive and legislative experience, who represent the entire spectrum of views in Moldova and bridge the wide policy divide on the country’s priorities. IPIS focuses on Moldova’s strategic challenges from a non-political, non-partisan perspective. We help to make the decision- and policy-making process more pragmatic, based on empirical evidence and rational calculation of the national interest. Our programs and projects are aimed at achieving concrete solutions. We work with international organizations, non-governmental organizations, private and public sectors.
